Lucy is an Antitrust Associate solicitor / attorney practising in London and Brussels, with previous experience practising on secondment in New York City.
Lucy has experience in multiple aspects of antitrust law, in particular international merger control, antitrust investigations and competition litigation. Lucy has advised global technology and IP companies, manufacturing and life sciences companies on allegations of anti-competitive behaviour and obtaining approvals for major global transactions in the EU, UK, US and other major jurisdictions. Her particular areas of interest include antitrust economics, the intersection of antitrust law and financial technology, currently with a focus on blockchain and fintech, as well as platforms and digital networks, and jurisdictional issues.
Lucy is a graduate of Downing College, University of Cambridge (Double First Class Honours, Law) and Harvard Law School (LL.M), and is a US-UK Fulbright Scholar. She is admitted to practice in New York State, England and Wales, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and Belgium . Lucy's personal research interests are in law and economics and comparative antitrust law.
